Cancellation & Refund Policy

Everything is made fresh to order

Each order is handmade for your chosen date, and we buy the ingredients specifically for it. That is why our cancellation window matters, and why it is a little different from a shop that sells off the shelf.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery or pickup date. Within 48 hours of that date we are unable to offer a refund, because the ingredients have already been bought and preparation has begun. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@florastable.au with your order number.

Changing an order

Need to change the date, items or address? Contact us as early as you can. We will always try to help. Changes requested more than 48 hours before your date can usually be made at no cost; closer to the date they may not be possible.

If something is not right

We want every order to be beautiful and delicious. If there is a problem with what you received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, with a photo if you can, and we will make it right, whether that is a replacement or a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original card through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If food is not of acceptable quality or is unsafe, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the timing above.
