Terms of Service

Flora's Table is a handmade catering business based in Eastgardens, Sydney NSW, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Flora's Table” mean the business, and “you” means the person placing an order. You can reach us at hello@florastable.au.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Flora's Table is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. A minimum order value applies in our online shop and is shown at checkout. All orders are subject to availability and to our confirmation. We prepare everything fresh to order for your chosen date.

Payment is made securely at checkout through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we have reviewed the details with you.

We deliver across selected Sydney suburbs on the date you choose at checkout, or you can collect your order free of charge from Eastgardens. Delivery fees depend on your suburb and are shown before you pay. Available delivery dates are shown in the checkout calendar. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Our food is handmade in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, gluten, egg, soy, sesame and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is completely free from a given allergen, even where a dish does not list it as an ingredient. If you or your guests have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering so we can advise. You are responsible for informing your guests of the contents of the food.

Because everything is made fresh to order, cancellations and changes are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering.

We take great care with every order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
